Coming as a Surprise to No One…

The Florida judge overseeing Donald Trump's classified documents trial dismissed the case against the former president Monday on the grounds that the appointment of and funding for special counsel Jack Smith was illegal.

We all knew this was going to happen, so while terribly disappointing, it should come as a surprise to no one. This was fixed from the very beginning.

Reminder: Judge Cannon, a Trump appointee, has already been overruled multiple times by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. – Kyle Griffin, MSNBC

And thankfully, this is all the ammunition Jack Smith needs to take her to the Appellate Court and have her dismissed. This won't get resolved before the election, but it never was going to be.

Keep faith that this will all work out and Trumple von Shitsinpants will be convicted.
