But unfortunately, I don’t think this is going to happen—at least not this time and not with the current composition of the Senate. Though they’ve been agreeable to all of Biden’s court appointments thus far, I don’t trust Sinema or Manchin as far as I can throw them. And if it drags out beyond the midterms and the Republicans retake control of the House and Senate, all bets are off.
