Go to Wikipedia and click "Random Article." That is your band name.
Go to Wikiquote, click "Random Article" and pick a quote. The last few words are your album title.
Go to Flickr's "Last 7 Days" page. The 5th image is your album art image.
Compile the album image with the artist name and title with the image editor of your choice.
I did it a few years ago (I guess memes get recycled) and the result was also amusing.
