  1. I digress : The white pigment in M&M's and other candies has been banned in France, anticipating a similar law from the EU. It's titanium oxide. I forgot the reason why, and if the threat is plausible. Now M&M are a bit more pale.

    It's also the main pigment and UV barrier in pills. But for now, no regulation in sight for pills. Even though it's the kind of things one eats everyday too.
