Yes, I love the doctor BUT BUT BUT, that whole Rory and Amy period was my least favorite. That whole self-centered whinny Amy lasted waaaaaaay too long and she wasn't even the most capable or independent companion. What a bore!
I refuse to buy the Amy series. I am so glad she and her boring husband are gone! I see at least 4 references to those twits on the list above.
Can we get back to the story being about the Doctor as opposed to his needy companion?
I loved Martha who was so self-sufficient.
