You're a bad man. You're a very bad man!
Irreverent, independent, and often snarky partnered married gay boomer and doggie dad who is tired of moral pontification by hypocritical conservative assholes and hate filled religious bigots.
Based on some recent incidents, let me reiterate: If you are the owner of a photo that appears on this site and wish it removed, you don't need to get all legal and send threatening letters and takedown notices; just email me with the photo's URL or leave a comment on the offending post and I will gladly remove it.
In other words…
Retirement
(That's actual number of calendar days. It's a whole lot less if you remove weekends and holidays. And even less than that if you calculate the actual number of days I have to go into the office!)
I just recently discovered your blog. It's now in my daily-at times more-rotation.
I love the layout and daily postings.
BUT I was reading the right side information and you were espousing about not getting all legal if someone wanted to remove a post of themselves. You instructed them to leave a comment on the post. I said to myself "One could leave a comment?" That's the thing I noticed when I first started following your blog is that one could not leave comments. I am now happy that one can. BUT is there a design flaw that there is not an indication automatically stamped on each post that comments can be left and how many so far? I enjoy reading other viewpoints but I am not going to open up every item posted to see if comments were submitted.
Thank you again for your efforts to entertain us.
That's hard-wired into the template I use, and since I'm not a programmer I'm afraid we're stuck with it.
