You're a bad man. You're a very bad man!

Irreverent, independent, and often snarky partnered married gay boomer and doggie dad who is tired of moral pontification by hypocritical conservative assholes and hate filled religious bigots.

It may contain unapologetically liberal diatribes and photos of naked men, either alone or together, doing things that may cause inexplicable erections among certain sanctimonious anti-gay Republican congressmen. In addition to my personal photography, images displayed here have been pulled from the internet.

In other words…

I revisit the Seasons of 'Penny Dreadful' perhaps once a year or so, the episodes never grow old and remain as vital as ever. But the music of the series, written by Abel Korzeniowski, is surely one of the single strongest assets that compliment each episode. The fear and dread as well as the melodic, compliment what we see on the screen. (I have them on CD).
Agreed. I remember listening to the soundtracks in the days following the 2016 election, and they were spot-on regarding my mood. Little did I know how much worse the next four were (and now, these next four) years are going to be worse.
I started rewatching the series last night. I'd forgotten just how good the series was.
I checked the price of the CDs on the used market (I think I originally got them from iTunes), and was shocked at how high they're going for.
Per your comments, I went online to Amazon to see what the prices are. They are out-of-print, but Amazon says 'Last Purchased December, 2015' (around $18-$19.00 ea). Now of course they're selling Used Copies through other sellers at $99.00 ea. Yikes! Still excellent music if you should come across them at a Garage Sale.
