Based on some recent incidents, let me reiterate: If you are the owner of a photo that appears on this site and wish it removed, you don’t need to get all legal and send threatening letters and takedown notices; just email me with the photo’s URL or leave a comment on the offending post and I will gladly remove it.
In other words…

You’re a bad man. You’re a very bad man!

Irreverent, independent, and often snarky partnered married gay boomer and doggie dad who is tired of moral pontification by hypocritical conservative assholes and hate filled religious bigots.
This blog is NSFW and intended for adults only.

It may contain unapologetically liberal diatribes and photos of naked men, either alone or together, doing things that may cause inexplicable erections among certain sanctimonious anti-gay Republican congressmen. In addition to my personal photography, images displayed here have been pulled from the internet.

With embiggen working (thank you, Mark) I noted the en suite W/C in a little room with a door and no sink. Whine #1 – it looks kind of tight, like the stall in the office bathroom. That would have to change. All the space in this house without provision so that someone using the little W/C room could wash their hands after the bodily functions are done, before handling a door knob. It’s just good sanitation.
Nice for some who have the coin to support it. Lots of vacuuming to do, and gardening. A house, or an occupation?
I can’t embiggen the plans to check for sure, but it seems to be missing the housekeeper’s room, which could be a necessary feature for this much to clean and cultivate every week.
I’ll go back and fix that. WordPress used to default to the media file when you click on it, but now I have to do it manually. 🤬
Who needs these? McMillionaires of course! Actually, the illustrated exteriors were a big UGH for me. The home as built is somewhat better, but still leaves me wanting something more contemporary. The interior is nicely planned for a house this size with many amenities for an owner who enjoys entertaining and having family or guests staying over, all bedrooms upstairs with en suite bathrooms. Pool/cabana, 3 fireplaces, lots of seating for dining and conversation. Situated on 10-15 acres with private access, oh ya baby, it would be a winner if I were pulling in 5 mil a year and close to retirement.
