This is a big-assed house.
I would install a door-actual or pocket-that closes off the bedroom wing from the rest of the home. I don’t need guests in that part of the house. Ditto for the primary bedroom area.
I don’t like garages front and center at the front of the home, but I could live with this carport.
I would take some of the flower court and place a powder room.
Otherwise, the home has lots of elbowroom.
