Another well thought-out thick-walled (I am assuming) Russian house.

I love how these plans don’t even feature garages. It’s refreshing to see residential architecture from a non-car-centric perspective.

I could definitely live here without making any changes.* Would you?

*The only thing I might change would be to flip the second bathroom and the closet/storage area on either side of the main entrance and open the bathroom to the main living area instead of the Foyer.
