Love older home floor plans.
Yes, I love that possibility of getting rid of the back staircase and adding a bathroom on the first floor, AND making the bathroom on the second floor, East side, a little bigger, and or the bedroom.
I would look for an option on the first floor for a powder room. It wouldn’t require much room. How about under the staircase?
Love the look of the home. I am not a big fan of homes with garages in the front. Many times, they look like they are competing with the home. Tuck them around the side or have an alley-type entry.
I would had a little covering of some type over the front door. Love the vestibule as a transition into the main part of the home.
I like the plans you’ve shown the last two days.
