Based on some recent incidents, let me reiterate: If you are the owner of a photo that appears on this site and wish it removed, you don’t need to get all legal and send threatening letters and takedown notices; just email me with the photo’s URL or leave a comment on the offending post and I will gladly remove it.

You’re a bad man. You’re a very bad man!

Irreverent, independent, and often snarky partnered married gay boomer and doggie dad who is tired of moral pontification by hypocritical conservative assholes and hate filled religious bigots.
This blog is NSFW and intended for adults only.

It may contain unapologetically liberal diatribes and photos of naked men, either alone or together, doing things that may cause inexplicable erections among certain sanctimonious anti-gay Republican congressmen. In addition to my personal photography, images displayed here have been pulled from the internet.

I don’t hate the lighting, although admittedly my first thought was, “Ugh! Track lights? Really? Is this 1989?”
I love it!!
Just the right shade of wood.
One of the first things that popped out at me is the lighting. I would scrap the current lighting from top to bottom.
It’s a gay thing not to use the big light. The living room is a prime example. What is that evil-looking thing on the ceiling? Something to light the artwork fine. But that living room is screaming for a few lamps in scale to bring warmth and add subtle lighting. The same goes for the bedrooms. How is one supposed to read and whatnot with those tiny bedside lamps? Bring in something to scale. Something that adds interest to the boring bedrooms.
Love the kitchen. I am not a fan of large, outlandish kitchens with 20-foot islands. Just give me the basics and a little space to roll out some dough and cook.
Love the space. I just need to go in there and put some warmth and color in the place. Nothing too garish. Subtle is the operative word.
