It’s so spacious!
Betting it would be a candidate for a property subject to the potential (did it pass yet?) Pied a Terre tax in NYC if the owners don’t use it as their principal residence. But with five chambers, four bathrooms, etc. to clean every day, I guess it could take two on the household staff to keep things fly.
