I’d close off the pantry from the kitchen and move the refrigerator to the end of the counter where the sink is located. I’d get rid of the third parking spot in the garage, and move the washer and dryer from the current laundry room into the mud room. I’d then reduce the size of the walk-in closet in the primary suite and move the bathroom further toward the back of the house to allow a closet to be placed in the current laundry room to turn that into either a fourth bedroom, home office, or—god forbid—a maid’s room.
