Did you ever figure out what they were actually complaining about? I have been trying to parse that one for a while and can't come up with a logical explanation. 0_o
I assume it was his sit-stand desk, but we don't handle those issues anyway, so it's still sitting in the queue…
Yeah, that option was the only one I could figure out as well, but why would they call IT for that???? That's a maintenance issue if anything.
