From the Reels I’ve seen on Facdbook, that type of construction with the long screws and massive amount of expandable foam seems to be used more in the Wisconsin/Minnesota area of the USA. Very energy efficient to keep out “cold air creep”, too. It would also work in other areas, for that matter, to decrease yearly energy bills Add solar and a mini-split hvac system and it would be very inexpensive to run, I suspect.
Perhaps built THREE of those structures and connect them together for a more elegant, expansive, and segmented house would scale it up for normal people to live in all year round.
