A couple of years ago I was in the check-out line and about 3rd in that line, at The Safeway Market here in town. An Employee came over to me and tried to guide me over to their new ‘self-checkout’ line to use, which I’d avoided since I first realized their concept. ‘Trust me, it’s easier and quicker’ the man said. And I responded with: ‘Hey, I don’t work here!’ ‘Have you EVER seen me in The Breakroom?’
