…but I would expand the dimensions by a few feet in all directions, throw in a second bathroom to get a master suite, and find some place for a laundry room. But I do like the overall “feel” of the house.=.

A bathroom for every bedroom is a welcome design change. Occasionally there’s a hallway half bath for … dinner guests [?] so they aren’t exploring the bedrooms for “facilities.” A larger garage also seems standard now.
