Beautiful.
I can smell these pictures. Over the course of my life I’ve spent enough time in homes of this vintage to recall that very specific smell produced by wood, old plaster, and time…and it’s wonderful.

Hubs and I could probably rent it for a month before we became homeless.
Tell me again when the moving van is supposed to be here?
I want to be ready.
What a beautiful home.
I love the tranquility of it all.

Twenty-three minutes to LA proper. Which is real-world time will take you almost an hour, 19 minutes to Burbank Airport.
Perfect!!
Tucked away in the Northern hills of LA, but close enough to meet friends for dinner and coffee in the city. Hell, they can come visit me for a treat.
Thank you for finding that! With those additional pictures, now I want t live there more than ever! (And at 2 million 5, what a bargain!)
Very nice! Hey, with a Kitchen like this I’d have elbow room when making my Blue-Box of Mac&Cheese! I’d be interested in seeing exactly HOW one has access to this place, if it’s a 1/4 mile driveway down to civilization. The only quibble I’d have is purely decorative, but important. Most of the windows should have shutters or ‘double shutters’ as the simplest Italian Homes have.
