Where is the color?
Too much beige.
I am not saying color for every square inch, but places to give the home personality and warmth, and to feel like home.
Scottsdale can be 5-10 degrees cooler than Phoenix. How about a little further north? Around Flagstaff.
Gorgeous. Now, now does one get to the roof deck? I see the stairs to the top of the garage, but no other access.
Very pretty, but at my age, I would want a little more privacy in the bath area – Could accidentally scare off the gardener crew.
