I LIKED to watch “Speed Racer” a lot when I was in junior high school. It was about cars and tended to cement in my brain that good looking guys messed with cars, which I had observed to be somewhat accurate, even if they were not wealthy. AND, back then, many of those guys drove around shirtless in the summer months and hung out on the main drag on weekend evenings, shirtless unless they had a date. LOTS of nice eye candy! Blonde hair, tans, and nice muscles.
