Russian Soldiers Surrender to Ukrainian Forces

Ukraine has a hotline Russian soldiers can call and arrange their surrender. Reports are that Russian soldiers are only getting between 2 and 10 DAYS worth of training before being sent to the front lines. For comparison, U.S. Army soldiers get 10 weeks of basic training before receiving even more training in their military occupation speciality (MOS).
