Based on some recent incidents, let me reiterate: If you are the owner of a photo that appears on this site and wish it removed, you don't need to get all legal and send threatening letters and takedown notices; just email me with the photo's URL or leave a comment on the offending post and I will gladly remove it.
In other words…
Even better than being witchcraft, I have long thought that cooking is alchemy. For the results are part due to the enlightened mix of ingredients the cook chooses in both sorts and quantities, his 'magical' instinct to imagine the result ahead, and the ever surprising outcome that will show in the sighs and other expressions of contentment from the guests.
P.S.: topping a pizza with pineapple is neither witchcraft or alchemy, it's just nonsense and bad taste :- )
(but a bit of grated ginger will positively tickle your taste buds)
