(That's actual number of calendar days. It's a whole lot less if you remove weekends and holidays. And even less than that if you calculate the actual number of days I have to go into the office!)
Living in New Mexico means taking a very long break from the ocean. I really miss not having nearby access to the beaches. My happy place is Herring Cove, Race Point, the National Seashore, and the Province Lands of Cape Cod. Been to the beaches of Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, California, Florida, Hawaii, Delaware, South Carolina (yuk), New York, (Long Island/Fire Island), New Jersey. But Cape Cod, Massachusetts has a whole different vibe: no high-rise apartments or condominiums, just miles of beaches and ocean and sand and dunes and beach roses, and crystal clear water and salt air, and sail boats, and sunrises and sunsets…and Provincetown. Now, see what you've done!
