#1 =The US Supreme Court. Balance out the court-Enhance binding ethical policies for the justices— and so on.
I believe the next administration should hit the ground running on this one. All disputes of law can flow up to the court. We know this current administration has gone judge shopping to obtain favorable rulings and punt things to the US Supreme Court.
