Why build a 2-story apartment when we can make then narrower and make them 3-story? Looks like the bathroom is on the 2nd floor?
If the garage entry is on the back, can’t have a very good floorplan! Especially if it has a 2 car garage. Walk in the front door and immediately go upstairs to the kitchen and such, then upstairs again to the master suite. ONLY for the young ‘uns who will pay too much for those spaces. Developer also has minimal landscaping upkeep expenses.
Next thing you know, they’ll be using recycled shipping containers with some fancy outer fascia for apartments!
