If you need not one, but two walk-in closets in the Master Suite (one of which being approximately 100 square feet) maybe—just maybe—you have too many clothes and should consider donating to those in need.

I noticed the laundry room is conveniently located off of *her* closet. Just sayin’.
A big chunk of my trouble with storing clothes comes from so many years of Mom’s Christmas and birthday Land’s End shirts and carefully selected T-shirts that never quite wear out. They came as gifts from my now Sainted Mother, so I can’t repurpose without a twinge or two. Two walk ins – 😁😁. I still want the bathroom sink to be near to the toilet, without an intervening door handle to touch before washing hands. But it appears there would be room for the parlor grand in the Great Room. So this one could pass muster with a tweak or two. What is the exterior like (so I could fantasize about living there)?

They will spend extra construction money to store their STUFF.
One hundred square feet is what Kaiser allows for physicians’ offices. I did a construction project with them for my undergrad.
I am amazed when folks say they need more storage in the kitchen. And the kitchen looks like it can accommodate a football team. Come on, people. Not everyone cooks for a family of 10 these days, let alone a family of 4. I have some pretty large islands these days that could easily seat 6 or more people. Just store what you need.
As with closets, the primary bedroom closets have gotten out of hand, as well, in some builds. What is that saying, if you haven’t worn it in the last year, it’s time to donate. Maybe one needs to rotate their clothes with the seasons. I am a gay man and have a lot of clothes. I keep them for work and personal use, but I try not to go overboard.
