Those bedrooms look small. Maybe for a kids’ bedroom. I would not place small kids in the basement. Iwould make the master or the basement recreation room with the fireplace into a bedroom. You could also put a teenager down there. I guess the guest den is a bedroom, too.
The total squarefeet of the first floor is nice.
How does that bathroom work on the first floor, lower left-hand side? I would prefer a powder room for guests so they don’t have to walk through the private areas of the home.

Are you supposed to mow the moat? Or just hire really short gardeners?
