Totally loving the exterior! There must be a full basement for the furnace, water heater, laundry, etc… Might want to improve the flow between the kitchen and dining room – make the nook part of a larger kitchen are. This would need classic style furnishings – fine grained hardwood tables in a fruitwood, red mahogany or walnut finishes, velvet and subtle brocade used for the upholstery.
