I like the layout of this.
It’s not all open.
Since we don’t need a phone closet these days, I would make that wall a screening wall to project TV, movies, and such. Of course, I would soundproof the hell out of it.
Poor maid has to use the toilet in one room and wash her hands in another.
The house I grew up in had a phone closet.
