Not a fan of the blank street elevation – and the rendering suggests that it is T-111 siding which, although it might help the affordability, I find depressing. Also not a fan of carports out and open to the street view – if you have any sort of yard where things grow, you’re going to need a space for gardening tackle. I live on the street that feeds into the Junior High School. Anything in a carport would probably be gone within a few days.
