Looks more to me like late 50s, same as the United Presbyterian church across from the house I grew up in. Same low pitch, same stone & block. Same two roofs at right angles. Cornerstone said 1960, after design was approved in ’59. Reply

I like the way this plan separates the formal from the informal.
Pretty sure it is early 1960s based on residential architecture in my childhood home town.
