Definitely unusual, BUT for a single guy who is into car “restoration”, it could be the ideal house! Enough room to park a “good car” inside as the used pickup truck is parked outside in the elements. Plenty of room to put the car on a roll-around fixture to move it around while it’s being worked on/disassembled/assembled.
Or it could work well for a fitness/body builder type to have their own indoor on-site gym.
Several different scenarios, but for the right owner, it could be “heaven”.
