But I don’t understand why there is such an opulent bathroom in the lower right corner that isn’t connected to a master suite. I also don’t understand the purpose of the empty room connected to said bathroom. Utility/Laundry Room?

I wondered about that bathroom as well.
Looks on the outside like a suburban bank. Could be a house to use for company retreats (institutional indoctrination meetings?). And are there floor to ceiling windows in the opulent bathroom on ground level? Innnterrresting… Probably not a great idea unless this is in a very isolated location, not next door to Gladys Kravitz.
