  1. Mr. Miller is saying what HE would do if he was a Democrat, rather than the person he is. It is one thing to “Impeach and REMOVE”, but then what comes next?

JD and Mike Johnson would be elevated per the Constitution. TWO people who might “wing it” for a while, but would eventually be seen as “place holders” only. AND we’d have less two years of that!

IF the Democrats would be totally unified, like they were not when Obama had his first and second terms, they meaningful progress could be made, as Republicans ran screaming for the doors.

The OTHER option would be to not bother with a messy impeachment and removal. Letting the International War Crimes Court do its work. Which can also include others of the Trump Cabinet!

As Democrat operatives re-organize the governmental entities into a better configuration than what they were BT, to last another 100+ years in the process. Computer databases would be fortified and “de-Elonized” Upgrades to decrease “red tape” could happen, too.

As the recent situation in Austin, TX proves, the Immigration Laws need to be updated and upgraded, with legislation that NO sitting President can summarily revoke any past actions of a then-sitting President, even by Executive Order! Period!

Immigration status needs to become quicker and allow marriage to a US citizen to automatically bestow USA citizenship to the citizen’s spouse. Should a divorce happen in the ensuing 5-7 years, then the spouse would be referred to Immigration/Naturalization to become a full citizen again. So, some details to be worked out!

WE have already seen the play where all three branches of government are controlled by the same party AND nothing got accomplished! We do NOT need to see that happen this time! NO WAY, NO HOW!

Now, to put plans in place should the Congressional Clerk is replaced and does not list the new members on the official role so they cannot be seated . . .
